Davos menu - From the garden to the plate
On August 29, 2026, we invite you to an exclusive culinary experience: the Davos Menu.
Look forward to a thoughtfully crafted 7-course meal that brings the flavors of the Alps to life through a modern interpretation. Inspired by the surrounding mountains and the season, we create dishes that combine authenticity, creativity, and the highest quality ingredients. Most of the ingredients come from our own farm—freshly harvested, carefully selected, and deeply rooted in the region. We also source select products from trusted local producers.
The meal will be served between 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. – in the hotel’s charming outdoor garden, weather permitting. If the weather is inclement, the event will take place at atelierVert.
The price for this special experience is CHF 85 per person (excluding beverages). The number of participants is limited to 30 guests to ensure a personal and exclusive atmosphere. Early reservation is recommended.
