Real products, real region
At restaurant atelier VERT, vegetarian cuisine becomes a stage for the products of the Graubünden region. Under the leadership of Head Chef Manuel Zünd, creative dishes are crafted that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region and bring the authentic flavours of the Alps to life.
We are delighted that atelier VERT has been officially certified by alpinavera and awarded the regio.garantie Level 3 seal. This certification confirms that the majority of our ingredients originate from the region and that a significant share of the value creation takes place locally. At least 80 percent of the products used come from the region, all main ingredients are entirely regional, and all products are regularly inspected by the independent control body bio.inspecta.
Thanks to our close collaboration with local organic farms and producers, we are able to offer high-quality, fresh and authentic dishes. These certifications underline our commitment to sustainable gastronomy, transparency and the promotion of the regional economy.
