The Davos lake

The Davos lake below the AlpenGold Hotel offers an ever-changing sight. At the beginning of the season, its surface is adorned with a mysterious, steaming mist, created by the residual heat of the morning sun. Then the snow covers it and it enters into hibernation, albeit an energetic version because in winter it produces electricity. The proof is in the variations of its water level and the ban on skating on it. In the past, the lake was very different, but you can get to know it by walking around it and you might even meet a squirrel.
