Küchengeflüster 3.0 brings together the best creations from all of the house’s restaurants in a 4-course menu. Guests can watch our chefs at work, follow the brigade’s routines, and experience the artisanal precision of the preparation up close. The intimate atmosphere on the rooftop and in the kitchen fosters closeness and transparency—a dinner without barriers.
The 4-course menu features seasonal, regional ingredients combined with select Swiss products. Each course is carefully composed to harmonize textures, flavors, and colors. The wine pairing complements the dishes harmoniously and highlights their subtle nuances.
