Manuel Zünd, Executive Chef at AlpenGold Hotel Davos, has had a remarkable career spanning Switzerland’s most renowned hotels and even a stint in Canada. Today, he leads five restaurants with a team of around 50, shaping the hotel’s gastronomy with passion, creativity, and a focus on regional products. With projects like atelierVERT and the fusion restaurant La Muña, he blends alpine ingredients, craftsmanship, and modern ideas. Zünd is also a dedicated mentor and culinary ambassador for Graubünden, living his vision of authentic, innovative cuisine every day.
